US law (CAN-SPAM) requires accurate sender details, an honest subject line, a physical postal address and a working way to opt out, with opt-outs honoured within 10 business days. Alienmail adds an unsubscribe link and keeps a suppression list across your campaigns. Rules differ in the EU (GDPR) and Canada (CASL), so check them before emailing those countries.
