QuickMail Alternative: Alienmail vs QuickMail
How is Alienmail different from QuickMail?
Reviewed by Ankit Dangi, Founder & CEO · Prices checked 27 Oct 2026
The short answer
QuickMail is a flat-plan sender: Starter costs $49 a month for 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails, with unlimited users and its AutoWarmer included free. Alienmail charges per email, so the same 5,000 emails cost $12 and a quiet month costs $0, and it writes the campaign from your website. QuickMail is the better pick if you want one fixed bill and prefer to write every sequence yourself.
Pick Alienmail if you send in bursts, need more than 1,000 contacts, or want the campaign written for you.
Alienmail publishes this page. Every QuickMail price and limit comes from QuickMail's own pricing page, linked under Sources.

The Core Difference
QuickMail sells a monthly plan sized by contacts and emails, and leaves the writing to you. Alienmail sells emails one at a time and does the writing: add your website and it drafts the whole sequence, then charges 4 credits for each email it sends. Both put deliverability first and include warmup free, so the real difference is how you pay and who writes.

Alienmail vs QuickMail Pricing
How each one charges
QuickMail
Starter $49 a month for 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails, with unlimited senders, one workspace and unlimited users. A yearly price isn't stated on its pricing page, and higher plans weren't checked for this page.
Alienmail
No plan. Each email uses 4 credits; top-ups start at $5 and the rate per credit drops at $10, $50 and $250.
| Emails in a month | ||
|---|---|---|
| None | $0 | $49 (Starter) |
| 2,500 | $10 | $49 (Starter) |
| 5,000 | $12 | $49 (Starter) |
| 10,000 | $24 | Higher plan |
| 25,000 | $50 | Higher plan |
Up to Starter's 5,000 emails, Alienmail costs about a quarter of QuickMail. Above 5,000, QuickMail needs a higher plan; check its pricing page for that figure. Mailboxes cost extra on both: $2.50 each a month if you buy them in Alienmail.
Cost reality: a small team's month
A founder sends to 1,000 new leads a month, 4 emails each: 4,000 emails.
QuickMail
Starter fits, at $49. In month two, the next 1,000 leads take you past Starter's 1,000-contact cap unless you remove last month's, so you'd need a higher plan.
Alienmail
16,666 credits from a $10 top-up: $10. Month two costs another $10, whatever the size of your list.
Cost per 1,000 emails
- QuickMail Starter, fully used: $9.80 per 1,000 emails ($49 ÷ 5,000).
- Alienmail: $2.40 per 1,000 from a $10 top-up, falling to $1.20 from $250.
So: at Starter volume, Alienmail costs about a quarter as much per email.
Deliverability and Mailboxes
Warmup
Both include warmup free: QuickMail through its AutoWarmer, Alienmail on every mailbox you connect or buy.
List verification
Alienmail cleans bad and risky addresses before every send, free during beta. QuickMail Starter doesn't list it.
Mailboxes
Both allow unlimited senders. Alienmail also sells mailboxes at $2.50 a month with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up.
Writing and Workflow
Who writes the campaign
In QuickMail you write the sequence yourself. Alienmail reads your website and writes every email for you to edit.
Replies
Alienmail puts replies from every mailbox in one inbox and tags each one positive, neutral or negative.
Running it from an AI chat
Run Alienmail from Claude or ChatGPT via its MCP server. QuickMail's pricing page doesn't mention one.

Verdict: Alienmail or QuickMail?
For most small teams, agencies and anyone who sends in bursts, Alienmail costs less: 5,000 emails are $12 instead of $49, a quiet month is free, and the campaign arrives written. QuickMail is the better buy if you want one fixed bill with unlimited users, your sending fits inside Starter's 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails, and you like writing your own sequences.

How we compared
We took each tool's monthly-billing prices and plan limits from its own pricing page on 27 Oct 2026 and Alienmail's rates from alienmail.io/pricing. Alienmail's cost uses the cheapest top-up that covers the emails. We don't include discounts or custom deals. Anything QuickMail's pricing page doesn't mention is marked "not stated", not "not available". We re-check prices every quarter.
