MailReach Alternative: Alienmail vs MailReach
How is Alienmail different from MailReach?
Reviewed by Ankit Dangi, Founder & CEO · Prices checked 27 Oct 2026
The short answer
MailReach is a warmup and spam-testing tool at $19.50 per mailbox a month. It doesn't send campaigns, so you pay for a sending tool as well. Alienmail warms every mailbox free inside the tool that sends, writes the campaign from your website and charges only for the emails you send. MailReach is the better pick if you want dedicated spam tests next to a sender you already like.
Pick Alienmail if you want warmup and sending in one place, or you warm more than a couple of mailboxes.
Alienmail publishes this page. Every MailReach price and limit comes from MailReach's own pricing page, linked under Sources.

The Core Difference
MailReach does one job: it keeps mailboxes healthy by warming them and testing where your emails land. You still need a sending tool for your campaigns, and MailReach charges for each mailbox it warms. Alienmail is the sending tool, with warmup built in and free on every mailbox, so there's one bill and it covers only the emails you send.

Alienmail vs MailReach Pricing
How each one charges
MailReach
$19.50 per mailbox a month for warmup, at up to 100 warmup emails a day, with spam-test credits sold in bundles. No free trial; the first mailbox gets 20% off its first 30 days.
Alienmail
Warmup is free on every mailbox. You pay only for cold emails you send, at 4 credits each, from a $5 top-up.

| 5 | $0 | $97.50 a month |
| 10 | $0 | $195 a month |

MailReach figures are its per-mailbox list price. Its own pricing page also shows bundle totals that don't match that rate, so re-check before you buy. With MailReach you also pay for a sending tool; on Alienmail, sending costs 4 credits an email, so 5,000 emails cost $12.
Cost reality: a team warming 10 mailboxes
An agency runs 10 mailboxes and sends 20,000 cold emails a month.
MailReach
$195 a month to warm the 10 mailboxes, plus a sending tool. With Instantly Hypergrowth at $97, that's $292 a month.
Alienmail
Warmup $0, and 20,000 emails cost $48. That's the whole bill.
Cost per mailbox
- MailReach: $19.50 a month for each mailbox, or $234 a year.
- Alienmail: $0 to warm any mailbox, bought or connected. A mailbox bought in Alienmail costs $2.50 a month; one you connect costs nothing extra.
So: every mailbox you add raises a MailReach bill by $19.50 a month. On Alienmail, adding a mailbox doesn't change the warmup cost.
Mailboxes themselves cost extra either way: $2.50 each a month if you buy them in Alienmail.
Deliverability and Mailboxes
Spam tests
MailReach sells spam-test credits in bundles, so you can send to test inboxes and see whether you land in inbox or spam.
List verification
Alienmail cleans bad and risky addresses before every send, free during beta. MailReach's pricing page doesn't list it.
Mailboxes
MailReach warms mailboxes you connect. Alienmail connects unlimited mailboxes and sells them at $2.50 a month, DNS set up.
Warmup Compared
How it works
Both warm a mailbox by sending and replying to real-looking emails, so inbox providers learn to trust it. MailReach sells that as its own product. Alienmail runs it in the background on every mailbox you add, bought or connected.
How much it sends
MailReach sends up to 100 warmup emails a day from each mailbox. Alienmail raises warmup and campaign sending together as each mailbox ages, so a new mailbox starts slow.
Where it runs
MailReach is a separate dashboard from your sender, so warmup and campaign limits are set in two places. On Alienmail they live in the same place, and warmup emails never use your credits.

MailReach charges $19.50 a month for each mailbox. Warming 10 costs $195 a month; on Alienmail it costs $0.

One tool instead of two.
MailReach warms and tests but doesn't send, so you pay for a sender too. Alienmail warms and sends from the same place.

The campaign comes written.
Alienmail also writes the first email, follow-ups, subject lines and send times from your website.
What Alienmail Does Differently
Warms every mailbox free, in the tool that sends
Bought or connected, with no per-mailbox fee and no inbox limit.

Raises sending as each mailbox earns trust
Daily limits follow the mailbox's age, so a new one starts slow.

Writes and sends the campaign
Add your website and Alienmail writes the sequence, then sends it from your warmed mailboxes.

Note: cancel the MailReach subscription for each mailbox you move, since it bills per mailbox.
Verdict: Alienmail or MailReach?
If you send cold email, Alienmail covers warmup for free: 10 mailboxes cost $0 to warm instead of $195 a month, and the same tool writes and sends your campaigns. MailReach is the better buy if you're keeping a sender you like and want dedicated spam tests and a specialist warmup dashboard on top.

How we compared
We took MailReach's per-mailbox list price and limits from its own pricing page on 27 Oct 2026 and Alienmail's rates from alienmail.io/pricing. MailReach's page also shows bundle totals that don't match its per-mailbox rate, so our table uses the per-mailbox price; re-check it before publishing. The sender in the cost example is Instantly Hypergrowth at $97, from Instantly's pricing page the same day. We don't include discounts or custom deals. Anything MailReach's pricing page doesn't mention is marked "not stated", not "not available". We re-check prices every quarter.
